Everything is energy, my beautiful Soul.
As each curling wall of water, sand, and foam rises to crash on the shores, catching the sun on its way, you can see how energy transmutes and makes its presence felt.

Hey, I’m Tiffany - Soul Alignment Guide, Intuitive Coach, and Facilitator of Healing.
For a long time I did the whole fitting-in, chasing-the-corporate-dream-in-Fortune 500s, feeling-like-a-hotshot-in-business-class routine till it started to feel hollow. Like golden handcuffs, you know?
But as the Universe would have it, I was meant to find my way back to myself, albeit with a detour.
My first deep dive into spirituality was when I trained as a yoga instructor and grew a thriving business teaching private and corporate yoga and fitness while finding home within myself.
Then an experience that brought me to my knees taught me so much about myself.
I let myself feel all the feelings, feelings I had been unknowingly repressing, and transmuted all the fear into love.
As a highly strategic and logic-driven person, surrender didn’t come easy, but I ended up unlocking a new level of freedom, uncovered the deeper meaning in my life and achieved radical alignment with my unique path and purpose.

The Rise and Align Sisterhood has been specifically designed for magnificent women like you who’ve dipped their toes into spirituality, found out there’s so much more to unlock, and want to explore their spiritual path in a safe, supportive space.

The monthly themes will be guided by the Spirit to raise the frequency of the sisterhood. To give you an idea, we’re starting with a Spring Equinox Intention Setting Ceremony and a Full Moon Release Ceremony. I’m currently considering a journey through the chakras, from the root to the crown.
You’re more than welcome to share a theme! I will check in with the Spirit if it’s in alignment with the energy of the sisterhood.
The group calls will be held every Friday at 12 pm PST / 3 pm EST.
They will be recorded and shared with you via email if you can’t attend live, so you can always watch the recording if you miss one. This also means you will be able to do breathwork journeys on your own time throughout the journey!
