I'm a Priestess, Alchemist, and Intuitive Coach. I help women get into alignment and live their most authentic lives by shedding conditioning, reconnecting to intuition, and attuning to higher frequencies. I incorporate ritual, spiritual guidance, moon cycles, divine feminine, shadow work, guided meditation, movement, frequency attunement, and breathwork journeys into my work.

I began my career in Information Technology, working for Fortune 500 companies. I followed what I believed was the path to success and fulfillment. In 2011, I became a stay-at-home mom. I dedicated myself to raising my children, but found myself feeling lost, not sure who I was anymore. I’d lost my identity, so I began my search for deeper meaning and purpose.

When I restarted my yoga practice after a brief hiatus, I noticed that I was becoming a more patient mom. I knew there was something special there, and felt the call to train as a yoga teacher. I built a thriving business teaching private and corporate yoga and fitness, and found home within myself in the process.

Through an experience that brought my to my knees, I learned to allow myself to be vulnerable, feel all of the feelings that I had unknowingly been repressing, and transmute the fear into love. I reached a new level of freedom that I never thought possible.

This experience helped to uncover the deeper meaning in my life and align with my unique path and purpose. I now hold space for other women to experience the same transformation and clarity through 1:1 coaching, healing, and group offerings.

I envision a world where everyone creates from their own unique essence and lives a life of true fulfillment.
